Welcome to Rental Deals USA. By accessing our platform and utilizing our vehicle reservation brokerage services, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

2. Brokerage Role and Limitation of Liability

Rental Deals USA operates strictly as an intermediary broker. Our sole responsibility is to secure a vehicle reservation slot with third-party rental partners using the personal details (Name, DOB, Phone Number, Email, etc.) you submit.

We absolutely disclaim any and all liability regarding the execution of the actual rental contract. We are not responsible for:

• The physical condition, safety, or legal compliance of any vehicle.
• Disputes regarding insurance, deposits, damages, or secondary fees charged by the rental partner.
• Any bodily injury, property damage, or financial loss incurred before, during, or after the rental period.

3. Partner Bans and Denials of Service

Rental partners maintain independent "Do Not Rent" (DNR) lists and risk assessment algorithms. If you arrive at the rental counter and are denied service because you are banned, blacklisted, or otherwise flagged by the partner's internal systems, Rental Deals USA is not liable, and you are not entitled to a refund of the $499 broker fee. Our service was successfully rendered the moment the reservation was secured.

4. Vehicle Inventory and Substitution

While we strive to secure the exact make and model listed on our platform, rental fleet inventory is volatile and exclusively controlled by the rental partner.

If the exact vehicle is unavailable at pickup and the partner substitutes the vehicle with a similar class, or if you refuse the substitution, you are NOT entitled to a refund from Rental Deals USA.

5. Customer Responsibilities

It is your sole responsibility to:

• Provide accurate, legally verifiable information during checkout.
• Possess a valid driver's license and acceptable form of payment (usually a major credit card in your name) at pickup.
• Meet any age requirements imposed by the rental partner.

Failure to meet these requirements at the rental counter resulting in a denial of service does not qualify for a refund of the broker fee.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rental Deals USA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms of Use or your engagement with any third-party rental partner.
